ok so far i have eaten 5 taquitos, which makes a total of 320 calories. im gonna eat later on, probaly a salad or something. ok before work i ate a asian chicken salad, and i drank one of their "real fruit smoothies" that was a mistake at 440 calories for 24 oz. it didnt even taste THAT good to be worth 440 calories...and i doubt its a REAL fruit smoothie like the kind you can get at jamba juice or something. But i did do some new exercise today. i had gotten a jump rope because its suposed to burn a lot of calories. but when i tried it i kept tripping! im not as good at it as i was when i was 10, oh well. but i found this 10 minute rope exercise video through one of the forums on this site and the instructor said that you can do it without the rope and its ok, so i did that, but then i also added my three pound weights and it was a great workout! ill be doing that again! i really need ot weigh myself again, well i need to get myself a scale! i have to go to my inlaws to weigh myself and i cant do that every morning! anywho...
...aarrghh...so i was invited out to denny's tonight, and i had half a spicy buffalo chicken sandwich about two thirds of my seasoned fries, half a bowl of chicken noodle soup and one and a halp strips of chicken that was on my husbands plate, cause he ate the other half of my sandwich and that added another thousand or so calories. i shouldnt have done that now ive eaten way too much.
