Well today has been my worst day in 9 weeks- I have felt really unmotivated, stressed, anxious and just plain blah - I got my first full period since having the mirena coil fitted 6 weeks ago.. I am bleeding and cramping quite badly, so of course craving chocolate. I am bloated and lethargic so struggling to do my steps.
I had my first crisps (well two bags of onion ring corn snacks) and chocolate (2 small bars of Dairy milk) and the worst part is I did not even enjoy them and they left me feeling blah rather than teh usual pick me up feeling.
Because of being bad I skipped lunch to compensate and to make sure I still stay under my daily calorie target of 1800 cals a day. It is now 5pm and I am very hungry.
Also decided to chart weight twice a week - Wednesday and Sunday.
