Two weeks down... many more to come

Today is a big hurdle for me, I remember thinking "I can't wait 'til I have at least 2 weeks down"  and now I do- yippee!!

I used to think that working nights made me feel nauseated, dizzy and caused my back pain to increase- but since I have been off the pills I fell just fine when I get home from work- it's amazing.

It is amazing to me that we take something for a few minutes (at best) of a numbing and euphoric feeling... yet we go thru so much cra* to continue this addiction and hide it from everyone. Now that I have been without it I wonder why I even wanted to feel that way- I have such a good life to live, I am truly blessed.
