I need some help

I have been having some new problems with my body.I have been having pelvic pain,stomach pain and lower back pain.My periods stoped about a month ago and my breast have been swollen and hurt underneath.After having three boys I know what beging pregnancy feels like.I took a test and I'm not and I also had a blood test done and it was okay.This morning Iwaoke up and went to the bathroom.After having a vowel movement I noticed I had blood in my stool.My body hurts all the time so I'm use to dealing with that.But the pelvic pain and and missed period and now bleeding has my worried.Even sexual intercorse hurts most of the time.Has any one had these symptoms.I have called the doctor and set up an apointment.I just feel like something is realy wrong.I was told I have fibromyalgia and I'm okay with that,but what if its not even fibromyalgia and I was miss diagnosed.I'm a worry wored but I feel that I need to be.Since we all only have one life and life is every thing.
