I went to the doctor today, one day earlier than I thought I had to go. I was very tired and had a hard time staying awake in the waiting room. I have been having chest pains that come and go, but I didn't even bother to tell the doctor since a) my BP and pulse were normal and b) what would he do about it? He didn't ask me anything about my stomach or any other symptoms I might be having, but concentrated instead on some warts on my big toe. He did however give me a three month prescription of generic protonix. He is helping my mother though. She was in the hospital for about a week because she had pneumonia and severe abdominal pain. The doctors there gave her the strongest antibiotics on the market because they didn't know what she had. An MRI found a mass in her kidney confirmed by an ultrasound taken earlier by the doctor we both go to. Thankfully she is almost fully recovered. I figure there is no sense in being scared of these chest pains. They are something that will go away with time. I thought it might be my gallbladder but the pains are pretty random. I read a nerve somewhere can get trapped and caused pain there. It doesn't hurt when I breath in or out. It would be considered a pretty long heart attack (3 days now) so it is not that. Tylenol doesn't help any. It helps if I don't think about the pain. What worries me more is that my aunt had a heart attack last night and had to get a stent (so I hear). She is only 43 years old though! Well, that is that end of this entry. Also I would just like to thank everyone for taking precious time out of their day to give such helpful and encouraging answers and comments to my last journal entry ...
