Very tired this morning. Woke up with extremely dry mouth and stiff neck. groggy feeling. Currently at work ( 8:25 am) with a mild HA.

Did not take any sleep aids last night went to bed at 10:15 pm last night. Horrible yellow watery diarrhea last night, with horrible stomach pains. Ate Marie callenders turkey dinner w/mashed potoate and greenbeans.
