My computer crashed for good...wahhhh

I am using a friends computer and I do not know how often I can check in...thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.
I took the seroquil until a couple weeks ago. I am not taking it anymore. I got tired of being a zombie. I do know that it helped me with many different aspects of my condition (bi polar). I have all the symptoms back yuck!!!.Yes it is terrible, but I am taking care of my granddaughter and I have to be awake. She is turning 1 yrs on the 17th. I have a new problem that is really hurting so bad now that it hurts . I have even tried taking hydro 10's and percocet 10's together and it doesn't even touch the pain. I am not sure where to post this so if anyone knows, please let me know.
