Feeling very foggy today.

Well, I am trying not to rely on my xanax as much. It is much helpful for the anxiety. I truely only get it when I am low or feeling down. It is so cold now. I can feel the change in weather lol fall is coming. I used to love fall but heck, 79 and wearing sweatshirts, people must think im crazy!!!!  Oh well. I have a  lot of cleaning today., My allergies are acting up big time. I am putting a dehumidifier on my christmas list this year, since we have moved in our apt, many bloody noses etc. The air is so dry, there going to be changin the filter in the next month. Ill live. I still feel like Im missing something with a med, perhaps a t4???? Cytomel I heard was a good one. Hopefully theyll get me in soon! Well keep you updated!
