i`am day 26 from the bad bad vick pills doing great but still on day at a time for me and hope all you guys out there are doing good also so good luck.
note: i was on 10 vicks per day for 1 yr. then i stoped i went from 10 to 0 on the frist day and still no more bad bad pills
still it is hard every day

Congrats on 26 days!!!!! That is great!!!! Keep taking it one day at a time. You are sounding better everyday. Yes it isnt always easy but we will rise above this!!!! Keep posting. Stay strong.................sara
