New Pain

With my FM I have had pain in my shoulder joints, my hips, back, the back of my neck, hands, fingers, severe burning in my muscles but I never had pain in my knees or feet.  Well, low and behold, my knees are killing me.  The pain is shooting from my back down my thighs, into my knees and into my shins.  I'm thankful it is  not in my feet yet.  I've doubled the dose of my pain meds and I'm getting NO relief.

Have you tried a TENS machine i tell everyone about it,its the only way that i can get some relief,and the muscle spasms in my legs and feet have improved so much.I've only been using it for a few weeks but got leg reilef soon after using it.The shoulders,hips and back only slight reilef so far,but i only use it once a day.
