today is 7-6 08 i have been to see my therpist ,she is very nice she knows just how i feel,we played with sand it was good i was able to say more through playing with it, i know it sounds like its only for children but its a great way of expression ones feelings ,I'm going to my g.p. at 4 pm today i will have to tell him about my pain in my chest Ill let you konw how i got on later ,
