Jerking/pulling feeling??

I've been feeling this weird feeling for a couple days now.  I just thought it was gas, but i remember this feeling.  

Oh, I did go to the doctors and no u/s :(  I have to wait a week!!  ONLY A WEEK!!  :) But I got another prescription and  hopefully this is the one that works for nausea...not really for throwing up, but just relieves the constant nausea feeling...

I get a jerking/pulling pain near where my uterus it.  I thought it was b/c its growing. It only happens when Im laying down and move suddenly and only sometimes, not all of the time.  Do you think that could be it?  

Yea!  Only a week!  I cant wait to hear about your sonogram!

I get it when I'm just sitting up and it feeling like it was in the front of my uterus.  It's weird though, when the egg implanted, it was cramping/pulling/tuggling feeling on my lower left side but this was up front and towards my right.  It might my uterus growing...it's not painful, just a shaky/jerking feeling kind of.  It's tough to explain.  :)
