A good day

For those of you that know me and my situation, you know how hard it is for me to even leave my house and not be in panic mode.  Well yesterday I was able to go out to lunch, then to wal-mart, then to a movie, then to best-buy for an hour.  Not once did I even come close to a panic attack.  I really think this klonopin is working, either that or the prozac has finally kicked into high gear.

I was able to stop feeling my pulse throughout the day, it was hard and I often found myself reaching to feel it but I stopped myself.  

So yesterday was a great day for me.  I hope it stays this way,.

hows it going buddy for the last 7 months ive been to scared to leave home everytime i leave home i think im going to die and if i go more than 1km away from home i go into panic mode what should i do and doctors have no clue nothing they give me seems to work

I am currently on 60mg of prozac daily and 0.5mg of klonopin twice daily and I am 95% better.  

Plus I have a therapist who i talk to atleast once a month.

Glad to hear your having some better days. It's great to have someone to talk I found when i was on prozac it wasnt doing me good and i tried to cut my wrist and depression was worse. I stopped meds and is doing way better. You will get there my friend keep up hope and good thoughts and don't ket anyone bring you down.We all have stuff to deal with and some take longer and needs extra time. Its great to here you got out because thats a big step....take care fan.
