neck pain and back pain

I feel pain in my neck and in my back shoulder in lower back when I use my right arm to stew sauce or mash potatoes my arms get tires after 20 to 25 second I have to take a brake before continuing and when I continue it is for 10 second and then I stop again until I finish.  MRI Cervical Spine segment C Mild median and right oaramedian discovertebral bulging C4-5. C6-7 Small median and left paramedian disc protrusion whit a base 6mm and an AP extensioonn of 2mm it abouts the left anterior portion of the spinal cord. C4-5 C5-6  very minimal marginal osteophytosis.

At L3-4 lmild osteoarthitic changes of the posteriior facets with some thickening of the ligamentum flavum that extend to the lateral walls of the thecal sac. spinal canal a this level is considered within the low normal limits.

L4-5 likewise there is minimal thickening of the ligamentum flavum
