Right lobe and left symmetric, at approx. 5 x 2.5 x 3 cm. Isthmus 1.1 cm - enlarged. Diffuse heterogeneity on ultrasound sugesting multi-nodulated goiter with dominnat nodule in both right and left lobes. Largest nodule in right lobe at 2.0 x 1.5 x 1.6 cm. Largest on left side is 2.2 x 1.3 x 1.7 cm.
