Today I began using my new Asthma Tracker. My doctor's appointment is next month, so I should have some good data to take with me to my next appointment.
On the 14th of this month, we celebrated MedHelp's 14th anniversary. As we reflected on the years, it was incredible to see how much things have changed - from waiting for the first two simultaneous users to connecting with over 5.5 million users a month; from working with our first doctor to partnering with many of the best doctors and hospitals in the world; and from receiving our first post to having millions. Even though we have grown and changed a lot over the years, the thing that has remained constant is our commitment to "Finding Cures Together".
- "Finding" - we all have a need for and a right to good health information so that we can make better choices. We are committed to helping you find the information you need, whether it is by providing quality health information, sharing related experiences or getting answers to your questions.
- "Cures" - ultimately we are all striving to be healthy. Whether you have a chronic condition, a rare disease, a genetic disorder, or just a common cold, we are dedicated to helping find a cure by providing information, connecting people, providing access to the best doctors and hospitals, and providing researchers with information.
- "Together" - in the end the causes are too important and big to tackle alone. We need to involve patients, family, friends, doctors, researchers, and non-profit organizations. By sharing information, making connections, and raising awareness we will succeed.
