Another great night

Since my doctor increased my dose and I am able to slowly increase it myself I am getting better sleep every week.

I'm doing better than I have in 3 years. Now that I am on Xyrem my symptoms of Narcolepsy are disappearing . It's a wonderful feeling to have the fog lift!

Nite 2 of Xyrem

Much better night. Nothing unusual. I can't sleep very long though. When I wake up after the dose wears off I go into that immediate REM sleep. It's frustrating after havcing such a few pleasant hours. Toss and turn until it's time to get up.

First Nite of Xyrem

My first night on Xyrem wasn't a pretty one with the leg twitching, extreme headache, sleep paralysis, and omg the dreaming or short span of sleep but it must have done something because on Friday morning I was awake. No pushing myself to get out the door for work, I was ready early!
