I recall the recent problem of automatically inserting the word "is" into user moods and /i have a possible suggestion. Another site I go to has something similar. Their solution to this issue was to automatically insert "is" in the typing bar before whatever text is added, but allows them to delete "is" if they wish to. Although the set up now with the fully customizable mood without "is..." works well also.
Just a suggestion, that I should have added sooner. :)
