Penile acne?

I'm only 14 and I just recently popped something that looked like a pimple on my penis. I'm still not sure what it is though. I popped it and brownish puss came out. After that, I felt relieved from the pain of it. Please help. I'm freaking out. I have no idea if there is any creme or ointment for this or if this itself is a cyst or even a tumor. I also have another one that I did not pop and it is the size of a mini pea.

Hi. Acne mainly occurs on the face, chest or back. However, it is possible for the odd pimple to occur anywhere. Never pop a pimple. This seldom improves the appearance and can spread bacteria under the skin leading to more pimples. Keep the area clean and do not be tempted to squeeze spots.
