Sinus problems again

I have been having sinus problems once again. Have severe allergy to mold and dust, and mild seasonal allergies as well. Recently I have felt like my throat is constricting and it's a bit hard to swallow. Also, I have an ulcer on my tongue, and sore throat (most likely from post nasal drip). I got up from the couch yesterday and thought that I was going to spit out some phlegm and It was all blood. 7 years ago I went thru all kinds of antibiotics and treatments for sinusitus and the best thing the doctors were able to come up w/ was allergies. Any Ideas? I am tired of this suffering.

Your sore throat can also be from acid reflux. The blood concerns me. Has that happened before?

Yes many times before this has happened. I have a deviated septum and get alot of bloody noses. Also, I get blood w/ my sinus infections frequently. I have had both nasal passages cauterized a few times to control the nosebleeds, which seem to be seasonal. It has been a good while since I have had any problems like this. Here we go again.
