eye of penis

i have a small ish growth on the eye of my penis which started off on the left side and now i think it may be passing to the right, it is more noticable when the penis is eract.
i know its not an STD because i havnt had sex
however i have had warts on my hands so i was wondering if it was possible spread to my penis from mastibation?
i am quite worried about it and will soon be seeking medical advice i was just wondering if there was anything yoo could tell me about it to ease my mind a bit.

the types of hpv that infect the hands typically do not like the genital skin to infect. This really sounds like something normal that you just never paid close attention to before but confirming that with an exam is the best course of action.
