Please Help!!! Need everyones advice please

Okay so i have this Extremely bad itching problem on my lower part of my scrotum its red and the skin looks irritated. The itch is so unbearable that i cant even type without stopping to rub. I do not want to scratch. I cant even go out in public i am embarrassed now because i will walk funny to rid of itch, or I will rub it. I am a clean freak wash in the morning and at night, and after I sweat alot. I have been using Equate Maximum Strength Hydrocortison 1% Cream(anti itch cream). But some times it gets so unbearable the cream doesn't work. I recently moved to S. Florida but I had the itch back home too. Its like i will get random extreme itchiness outbreaks they happen 3 to 4 times a week, and I'm afraid that i might scare my fiance away. I don't want to have sex with her until I can figure out what's wrong because I would want her to feel this pain.

Along with the itch and this was about the 2nd or 3rd time its happened over a 6 month period, my urination is painful and it feels like i have to go so I get up there and only drops come out, sometimes more, but still It really feels like I have to go and its super annoying.

Please help me what do I do to get rid of this itch or where should I go in S. Florida no matter the cost I dont care money isnt  problem.

Also what about the painful urination and the feeling to go but I cant??

Sounds like you are having two separate problems. The rash and the itch sound like a skin yeast infection called Tinea cruris. The painfull urination needs evaluation by your Doctor. He or she will be able to treat both. I recommend that you have a good exam soon by your Doctor. Hope you are feeling better soon. Take care

Thanks what can I get for that over the counter, and could it be caused from sex and my scrotum touching her recutum, how do you get it???

I'd stop applying the otc cortisone cream to this.   Sometimes that can be very irritating to our sensitive genital skin.  I'd switch to an otc jock itch cream at this point and use it 2x/day until you've had a chance to be seen and properly examined.

  Since you are new to the area from the sounds of it you probably will have to wait to be seen by a new general medicine provider. Why not look for a walk in clinic in your neighborhood and go and get an exam? They can send off the urine tests you need as well as take a look at where you are itchy.  While there why not ask them for recommendations for a regular doctor too so you can make an appointment with someone for follow up and start establishing a relationship with a clinic so that in the future when you aren't feeling well you will already be a patient and can be seen in a timely manner? I know - so many things to do when you move as it is.
