eye problems

i just has eye surgery on my left eye, i had a retinal retachment done, now i have a lot of pain in my left eye and i have pain in my head it hurt down the left side of my head and it hurt to touch my hair is this normal after having this kind of surgery?

Hello Dear,

Prolonged or severe postoperative periocular pain and nausea may be caused by migraine. Migraine and severe episodes of prolonged periocular pain and nausea may occur after ocular procedures.You should consult your ophthalmologist and consider specific therapy such as intravenous metoclopramide hydrochloride.
