If you do not have protein in the urine, that means your body is not breaking down protein from your tissues, which means you do not have preclampsia.
They always look for those two things though- protein in urine and spiked BP. Be happy.. Preclampsia is a serious condition.
During pregnancy, your ribs actually get a little wider due to the extra load you are carrying in the womb- your body is essentially preparing itself by stretching in all kinds of places. This is normal, as are phantom pains surrounding the entire front/back of the torso. I would not worry about it.
