white spots on penis

dear sir,

now the redness has again gone from my penis, but after that tiny white spots have appeared. they also vanished after i washed with water. but today afetrnoon when i was peeing i noticed that my urine was a little milky and not transparent and also the white spots had reappeared, no i need to worry or it is just because i am thinking too much about it.

please tell me.

No need to worry. I think you should show these skin changes to a doctor next time you go, just so you'll be reassured and not have to worry.

my boyfriend has small speckles of white spots (they are not bumps) on his penis. i have not seen them before its been in the last year after his affair. they are not raised either. they are located on the upper part of the penis just below the hair line. he is a black man and they are very noticablethey look like white freckles. but the skin around the area looks like it has been dry or something. could you please help me to figure this out for we do not have sex because of it.
