I am a Barber and when i cut more then two or three people in a row my eyes ,start to itch , burn, water ,impairing my vision and  i have severe, post nasal drip, clear. so i believe i am allergic to hair, what naturally can i do for this?

It is more likely that you are allergic to something your clients are putting on their hair or, more likely, allergic to something that you are applying to their hair.  You could remove the products you routinely use on people's heads one at a time.  You could also use a nasal steroid spray, prescribed by your doctor.

No, it cant just be hair products because when men come into the shop, they get a dry haircut and most of tthe time i dont use any products on them......it is the hair it's self this i know and i dont want to take drugs, i want to know what is wrong in my system to make me allergic, the" root cause "so to speak  and correct the problem, i know it must be something wrong in my immune system, something off balance. there must be a natural solution other then drugging the body.
