I have a daughter i noticed that her vision is low because when she is sitting she can't look at the person directly I went to a pedia optha and suggested the following:
by the way my child is not talking or walking yet she is in developmental delay

OD plano---    2.25 x 180
OS + 0.25----    -3.25 x 180

PD 50 mm
is the recommended  grade for my child eyes correct, she is wearing eyeglasses 1 year already, should I need to have a secong opinion?

Your child has astigmatism caused usually by an spheric cornea. It can prevent the development of normal vision. Glasses are indicated. You need only get a second opinion if for some reason you are uncomfortable with your present Eye MD.
