infection risk - i am scared
Answered by
Edward W Hook, MD - HIV Prevention, stds
This forum is limited to prevention of HIV and to safe sex in general. If you believe you might have been exposed to HIV and want help to judge your risk, would like advice about HIV testing, or have questions about the effectiveness of condoms or the risks associated with specific sexual practices, this is the site for you.

IMPORTANT

No questions will be accepted on the treatment of HIV/AIDS or its complications, viral load, and similar topics. If you have questions about a specific STD other than HIV/AIDS, please visit the STD Forum. Questions that do not pertain to the above topics will be removed from the forum.

If you have not done so, please review other threads in our archives for questions similar to yours and Dr. Handsfield's replies. Questions that duplicate other frequent ones, for which abundant replies exist, and that have little educational value for other forum users, will be DELETED WITHOUT RESPONSE. YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. The most common examples of such questions are those about low risk exposures to HIV, such as oral sex, condom- protected intercourse hand-to-genital exposure, and nonsexual contact with possibly infected blood or body fluids as well as symptoms of early HIV infection.

infection risk - i am scared

by stardust145, Jul 16, 2008 12:30PM
Sorry for the details but i am very serious and scared. Yesterday I made a mistake and i visited a prostitute in red light district in amsterdam. I did not have any sex interaction with her but i did some attemps.
I kissed her boobs; it was not a bite but it was a bit hard. i also kiss not her vajina just upper the parts of her vajina (between her vajina and belly). I realized that i have a weak part in my mouth. Is there any risk that i might be infected by kissing her boobs hard and these parts?
She was naked and she was on top of me but i had my panty and pants. She moved on my top to make me erected. I did not take off my clothes. My question is there is a risk that i am infected HIV in this situation. I am afraid that her saliva from her vajina might be in my pant and when i touch i might be infected although i did not realize any saliva in my pant. The second thing when when i unzip my pant, she touched my penis but i was still wearing my panty. I may also be infected by this? Then i com and i did not do any sex with her.
I also relized that i have a scratch in my hand. I do not know if there was yesterday but does it cause a risk?
Sorry for the details but i am really scared. i have also some obsession and i am deeply scared. Could you please answer me? I really need your answers. Sorry for my english but i can not think properly right now.

First of all thank you for your answer. I think i did not kiss her vagina exactly but She offered me a paper towel off of a roll of paper towels after I ejaculated. I took it and pulled back my foresking and procedeed to dry my penis on my own. I placed the paper towel directly on my penis (completely around the head and tip of my penis) and rubbed and massaged my penis . I also used the additional paper towel in the desk. I think it is the same towel roll she gave me. As a result I am scared that maybe the paper towel I had used, came into contact with some bodily fluids of someone else who is infected with HIV and that I could have been infected by the virus going into the tip of my penis when I was using the towel to dry off my penis. The paper towels she gave and i took looked to be clean  but I did not inspect it closely.  It came right off the roll. She was also touching my penis under panthy just before I ejaculated. Since i was still wearing my panty and i did not have sex, i did not use any condom. I also touched her *** but while touching her ***, i might have touched some parts close to her vajina. I do not think i touched her vajina but i might touch some exposure and i cleaned my penis with this towel. Does these things cause a risk and what is the possibility? Sorry for obsessive questions but i really need to learn them.

Thank you to help me to clarify my doubts. Now I am ancious only about the kissing part because she said she was wet and she cleaned her vagina with a wet towel before I started.I did not kiss her vagına exactly but I kissed the upper parts. I did not have any scar or wounds in my lips or mouth but I realized that I have some weak and red parts of my mouth that mıght be caused by excitement or dry. The skin might be weaker in this part.
