Dear bubble41, It is difficult to answer your question specifically without being able to examine, ask questions etc.  It is not uncommon for a woman’s breasts to be unequal in size.  Weight gain can make the difference more noticeable to you.  However, be sure to bring this to the attention of your doctor – they can assess and put this change into context of your situation, and advise more specifically.
