lower abdomen gastric problem

Hi..I am yaz..and i have been having gastric problems from a very long time..probably for around 5years or so..i hav not taken any treatments as the only issue id have is burping...not recently for the past 1month..i have been having mild pain in the lower abdomen..and i feel that it looks inflated....sometimes i have twitchy feeling inside on the lower region..the very mild pain is constant and i look flabbiar than ever..and i have also been trying to conceive this month..does that have anything to do with my gastric problem..and when i finish my exercises..i burp a lot..and then i become very hungry and a lil dizzy and my hands would start to tremble...what shud be the problem..??
