stomach problems

I have been having mixture of constipation/diarrhea for a very long time now. I'm almost 50 but lately, i get these huge stabbing pains in my lower abdomen that radiates up my rectum when i go to sit down or if i'm in a vehicle and hit bumps. It's also down towards my right ovary area. I'm having chronic lower back pain making sleep very restless. Sitting or standing for long periods of times takes it toll too. When having intercourse with my husband, i have the shooting pains and just bide my time till it's over. It's not enjoyable at all for me due to the pain. Anyone got any ideas? Appreciate it. I have gained an excess of weight, my stomache is bloated so i look as if i'm 8 months pregnant....i do alot of walking, eat right and am unable to shed any weight.
