Nausea and feeling bad

I"m a 32 year old female and for the past 3 weeks I've been feeling slightly dizzy and feeling nauseating and my head (in the back) feels weird. I went to my doctor and she said that I had benign positional vertigo. She did a basic metabolic panel and a cbc, checked my thyroid and also on the off chance did a pregnancy test. All came back normal and the pregnancy test was negative. For the past few days I've been feeling normal but then today I feel like **** again. I don't know how to explain my symtoms and I don't think I have vertigo because I've never had it before. What should I do??

Otrher causes of dizzines are dehydration, hypoglycemia, anemia, hyper/hypotension, meningitis, nerve disease, Lyme disease, some medications, alcohol....
