I got pg Feb 2007 with IUI (insemination) due to fertility problems.  At 6wks it was diagnosed as ectopic.  I was given a methotrexate shot.  My hcg levels went down but not enough so after a week, they gave me another shot.  A week later (8wks pg) my tube ruptured, and it had to be removed.  I don't know if I ovulated that cycle, but my period came approx 28 days after the surgery.  The surgery was in March 2007, and I was pregnant again June 2007.  My son will be 5 months in a couple of days.  If you need a good example of a happy ending, I have plenty of pics on my profile.

I know it is hard, but even tho it wasn't a viable pg, it was a pg and that means you will likely get pg again.  Hang in there and stay positive. Believe it will happen. It doesn't always happen as quickly as we like, but believe that it will.  I wish you the best of luck.
