Spot in left testicle

Hi, Im getting these pains in my left testicle when i run around or do any exersize. When I checked my testicles for any lumps i found one on my left testicle about 1mm out from the testicle next to the epididimus, it is very soar and hurts alot. It has not got any bigger. I also have a cyst on the same side.

Any help is awesome

It really is great that you are performing self examination and that you have knowledge of your anatomy! Probably you do not have anything to worry about, but you do need to see a urologist soon to get a definite answer as to what is going on. You may have a cyst of the covering of the testis, or a tender appendix testis. These are non-cancerous lumps that we often feel when we examine patients. Again, however, you must see a urologist to get this confirmed.
