All kids are different.....my son NEVER napped after the age of 2. He had what I called "quiet time" and had to stay in his room for 1 1/2 hrs or so. He was allowed to play with certain toys and read/look at his books (which he LOVED!) He actually looked forward to his 'quiet time".

My dd will not drink milk out of a cup since we took her off the bottle. She has always been funny like that. We make sure she has other dairy products like cheese, yogurt, etc. I think they are suppose to still have 2 cups or more a day of milk until the age of 2, If I remember my Ped's advice correctly...
my children did not stop napping until they were five
