pain after ejaculation

hi, i am 16 years old and from the past 3 months or so i have been noticing these symptoms:
*sudden cramps in rectum and abdomen mostly while urinating or pooing
*clear sticky liquid discharged from penis
*in the first month or so i felt burning pain while urinating along wih diorhea
*i sometimes have constipation
*thin stools
*pain around anus(sudden cramps) in butoxand around anus.
*difficulty starting poo / urination
Doctors first said i had an infection and gave me anti biotics. that removed the burning pain but didnt help the campy pains. my urethra sometimes feels narrow. COuld i have chronic non-bacterial prostatitis? I am only 16 years old. and could these be bladder or kidney stones???
