what could be the problem if a left testical is constantly aching? There is no swelling, no discoloration and might be the cause of lower back pain.

could be a hernia, back problem or even something as serious as testicular cancer. You need to a doctor at least in the mean time check if there are any lumps around your testicles. Google testicular self examination and follow instructions, Good luck
