Finding:grossly symmetric flow within the intracranial internal carotid arteries and in the proximal anterior and middle cerebral arteries..

  flow in bothvertebral arteries is demondtrated. the basilar artery is widely patent. grossly symmetric flow in the proximal posterior cerebral arteries.

  there are no focal areas of significant vascular narrowing

    no focal intracranial saccular aneurysm seen although aneuyysm 3mm or less may not be detected by mra technique
    
         unremarkable intracranial
                                                      any help reading this will be of much help much appreciated thank you

I am not a physician, but it looks normal to me.  They did add the last sentence stating that they see nothing, but that an MRA cannot pick up stuff less than 3 mm is size, which is tiny.  They want to cover themselves.

Hi,

What symptoms are you experiencing that prompted you to get a MRI done?
Your MRI examination is completely normal. There is no aneurysm or vascular narrowing.

Ok being that my mra came out normal is there anything else that can be making me get these headaches every day w/ dizziness or can a mri be off
