im 20 years old and there has been something on my penis for he past 2 yeas
at the bottom there are 4 white bumps. i went to the doctor last year, she told me to use this untifungus cream
lotomi, but the bums never went away, is there something else i can use
they don hur nor itch, there just there!!!!

From your description and the length of time these bumps have been there, I would not expect these bumps to be an infection. I they are on the underside near the head of the penis, they are skin glands and quite normal. You would need to see a dermatologist or urologist for a definite answer.
