? Condyloma or what

I noticed this month small pin head size white dots on the shaft of my penis. I thought it might be a pimple type thing even there was no redness and found them to be a firmer type lesion (bump) they almost look milial in nature/ but are solid.  On closer inspection I could see about 50 of them all over from the shaft base to the forskin.  They are not pink like the pictures of condylomas that I have seen. and not stacked on top of each other but in a random pattern.  From what I can tell there is nothing like it on the glans of my penis.
They almost have a waxy very pale pale skin tone.
They are easier to see and feel firmer when I have an erection. I have tried to think if there was anything that I had done differently to cause this.  I had gone to the tanning bed, but covered with a towel during the exposure.

I have used some Aldare creame on them everyother day for about 2 weeks but have seen no difference but have developed a red glans from  using it.
I am assuming since there are on the forskin as well, that I should apply the cream to the forskin and the glans also to completely cover it.
I have a picture if you can accept.

Almost certainly you are not describing genital warts, which would never cause 50+ lesions all white and all more or less the same size, and spread more or less uniformly on the penis.  This sounds most like normal hair follicles and/or sebaceous glands.  But we don't examine posted photos on this forum; to my thinking, it comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance.

Nobody should use Aldara without medical supervision and professional diagnosis of warts.  Stop the treatment, wait a couple of weeks (to let any inflammation caused by Aldara to subside), then see a provider for proper assessment.  Most likely nothing is abnormal, but the way to know is to see a provider in person.
