i have this hole in my ear,. which i got since birth that secretes bad smelling fluid.. i ask my doctor and he said it is a sinus, but i forgot what particular sinus it is..

Hi,

Through your post, it is not clear that whether the sinus is in your ear and you cannot see it or is it outside the ear and you can see it.

If this is a hole which is near the external opening of the ear which secretes the bad smelling fluid its called a Preauricular sinus.
