I first felt chest pain 8 years ago.Still no diagnosis. So far normal echo , normal ecg.small intra cardiac dimensions E.F 89%.I could not complete myocardial profusion test due to severe allergic like reaction.I have requested echo stress test. They have suggested angio but I am scared of bad reaction again. I cannot walk due to CP. I am very very weak. I have CP everyday ,allmost all day.The pain also goes up my neck in my left jaw and sometimes around left ear.I had a metal plate placed in my collar bone 9 years ago after I collapsed and broke it.Do you think this can be causing my C.P?could it affect artery in neck? How can this be checked out? Also I had a long history of intravenous heroin and cocaine use and anorexia.I also relapsed 2 years ago on crack and heroin.really bad experiences. can this cause angina?

While cocaine can cause chest pain like you describe you need to be evaluated and if you can't complete the exercise echo you may need a heart catheterization.  I doubt the plate in the clavicle is causing the symptoms. Get you heart checked!!
