My daughter got stung by a bee on her thumb and developed wheals on the inside of her legs from the venomon an unrelated part of her body .. the allergist was amazed to see this from one stinger elsewhere but said it is allergic reaction.
She is bee allergic we have since found out from subsequent stings.
