Pain during ejaculation and all my tests are normal

by yeahBaby, Jun 28, 2008 02:34PM
Hello,

I am a male, 26 years old, I have a very weird problem, and I have already checked my urologist, done all sorts of scans and examination, and all of them were positive, my urologist said that it's not a serious thing, but it is annoying

The problem is that whenever I ejaculate, I have pain below my left testicle (not the testicle but further down), and that pain, with time has become always with me, even if i dont ejaculate, even when I am sitting. It has been with me for many years (maybe 7 years), first it was when I ejaculate, nwo it is almost all the time, and it is more painful after ejaculation, however it did not increase, it is rather constant since 7 years. I always have a feeling that I need to pee, and especially at night, I rarely sleep, I always wake up to try to pee, I push hard, once a little bit of pee goes out, I feel a bit better, however, as soon as I go back to bed, I get the pain again.

I also feel that pain going up to my neck, and down to my leg, it's all on the left side, even a little upper. The pain also goes up to my penis, when I pee, I am in pain also. I feel like when the liquid is going up to my penis, the pain is moving with it.

I did all examination, my prostate is normal, I dont have incontinence, my spermogram is normal, my urine test is normal, testicle echography is normal, no varicocell, nothing, no infection, everything is normal. But I feel that pain, I tried all sorts of medicines (Trarivid, Uroctal, Cardular, Spasfon, Neurobion, Doloner, etc etc).

I do feel its some muscular or nerve thing, note that, when I was 12 years old, I had a surgery to my left testicle since it was a little bit in a higher position than where it should be. The surgery was succesful, and all is normal.
Finally, this pain annoys me alot , because it leads to premature ejaculation, as I cannot control my ejaculation since I start feeling painful, moreover,  I am unable to sleep.

How can i get rid of this pain?

Your symptoms are certainly not typical for any condition of which I am aware. I would get a neuroligical evaluation. I do not think that your surgical procedure at age 12 is unrelated to this.
Good luck!
