Dear sir,
l hv had a burning at the tip of the skin of my penis...it comes and goes,when i wear sumthng like a jeans pants n stuff  it burns me...i hv had over 20 std chlamydia n gonorhea test n its always comes on as negatve ...so plz wat shud i do cz i hv even takn antibiotics such as doxycycline bt it wudnt clear

By you history, it sounds as though you are having irritation from the cloth rubbing on the head of your penis. This is not an infection, but similar to a shoe that rubs in the wrong way. You need to find a way to stop the rubbing: looser pants, protecting the head of your penis (jockey shorts). If you are doing something to the head of your penis that traumatizes it, this will cause the same symptoms. Vigorous sexual intercourse and vigorous oral sex, vigorous masturbation may also be contributing factors.
