Good luck.
I was diagnosed with a Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia last february (225bpm) and up until now, it has not reoccured..(I am very grateful to God about it, since the episode was so scary). Though, I have palpitations at times and an extra hard heartbeat (as if i am hit with a bolt of lightning) 5 to 10 times a day but there are also days when i don't feel them and i feel perfectly all right. Have you felt these before you had an ablation? how are you feeling now after the ablation?what were your symptoms of tachy before the ablation?
I am really scared paceman, scared to death even until now..i am not considering ablation since my doc told me i don't need it because of the frequency of the episode. he said what i have right now are just palpitations.
I have stopped taking rythmonorm. is it safe? because i find it uncomforting, heartwise, if i take anything.
is it possible to get rid of svt without medication or ablation? i want to sound optimistic. i am praying really so hard. asking HIM to spare me and even others who feel the same way i do.
please answer me,:-)
Thank you so much for your time.
