Can any body tell me if these symptoms are Angina or something more serious?
-Shortness of breath. When trying to breath in it hurts. I cant seem to get enough air.
-Vomiting. Sometimes solid things come out. I don't know how to describe it. They seem to be getting bigger.
-Sudden attacks of not being able to breath.
-Pains in my chest. It sometimes hurts when i lay down.
*note: When i was little i used to cough a lot but then i moved and it seemed to get better until recently.
If any body knows any way that i can cure this by myself please reply. also if there is any non-prescription
medicine that i could buy or any home remedies i could use please let me know.

Your symptoms doesn't appear to be related to the heart. More likely you have a serious repiratory problem...it could be embolism (blood clots). You should see a doctor and forget about self medicating.

Make an appointment with your physician. These symptoms can be indicative of a lung/respiratory problem. In any event, it sounds as though you need treatment. Make the appointment or go to an Urgent Care/ER.
