Cyclogest and late period

Hi , I have been recenly diagonized from 21 day bloods and bbt charting with luteal phase defect. This has come about after 2 m/c. I was put on 200mg cyclogest sup 2 daily. I am now in cd39 and as far as i can tell ov day 20. I am now 18 dpo and still no sign of period but all preg tests are neg. I stopped taking the cyclogest day 16 so how long before i can expect period. I am woried that i have messed up my cyle
