Chest Spasms

Hey, recently I've been having these little spasms in my chest in the area of my heart.  At first they were just annoying but now they are starting to worry me.  They were painless at first but now pain is accompanying them.  I have been to the doctor many times, but not for this reason, and every time they tell me I'm fine.  I have palpitations sometimes and am on beta blockers and lipitor and aspirin. I am only 25 and am extremely worried because I don't know why these are occurring.  They are like little bubbles in the skin or something and sometimes it feels like someone is poking me from the inside.  I am worried if this is a sign of a heart attack.  I have had a cardiac cath and many EKG's and such and everything is fine, but I'm still worried.  They try to tell me its anxiety but I'm not sure.

I have been experiencing the exact same thing recently.  Have you been able to figure out what the problem was?

I just posted something about beat blockers and pains !
I have gotten the same thing a few times while on these medications.. and have been tested like you.. meny times !  they say im ok ?  
now if you read my new posting on spazums in my shoulders.. im thinking maybe its the medications causing these problems !  untold side effects from meds ?
or could it be something were drinking or eatting ? interacts with the meds ??
im also wondering if it could be caused by cold temps outside and the meds again ??

hope someone puts some light to this..  would like to know what it is..

I'm also wondering what it could be.I feel like a weird bubbling, gurgling, movement sensation in my lower left stenum area.A year ago I told the doctor (I had pain at that time as well), had x-ray said was fine.(thought maybe a fracture from extreme coughing from a bad flu at the time) Since then have had extreme pain in left shoulder and arm for 8 mo's(don't know if related, or from minor injury). And sometimes twisting pain in left ear, and stiff neck on that side.Now it's just that weird sensation in chest,(can actually feel something, muscles? twitching with fingers over spot), and sometimes strange sensations of pulse feels stronger or different at times. I am just ignoring it for now, because it isn't accompanied by pain, and don't have health insurance, and not sure what to ask them to look for. Stacy
