Well I am getting ready to start my B12 injections and phentermine next week. I know alot of people who have lost alot of weight with great energy. My question is, when we start loosing weight so fast, do we age? I am 41 years old. Any suggestion? I want to loose weight but not turn into a raison.
LOL! I had the same concern in the past. I don't do the phentermine, but I do the Lipoden (Lipotropics + B12 + Adenosine). As I lose weight (I've lost 25 pounds and 6" in my waist so far) my skin seems to just conform very nicely and many people have said I look younger! Hey... works for me LOL! I also use a product called Mesoderm Cream that's supposed to penetrate the skin and break up the fat cells. I've used it on my faceFace pain and neckCervical spondylosis Head and neck glands Herpes zoster (shingles) on the neck and cheek Irritated seborrheic kerotosis - neck Lymph tissue in the head and neck. Melanoma - neck Neck lump Neck pain Neck pulse Neck x-ray Oral cancer and it's great! I used to work for a plastic surgeon and KNEW that there were products out there that really did help the skin like that... and this is definitely a keeper on my list.
Also, as long as your water intake is up there, your skin is more supple and will conform to the weight loss much better.
Thanks for your VERY interesting response. I will look into Mesoderm Cream. Where do you get it. So glad to hear your not a raisin. :) Is there any reason why you chose not to do te phentermine? How long did it take for your 25 pound loss. I am very happy for you.
I wanted to stay as natural-based as possible, and that's why I went the route of B12/Lipotropics and also B6/B12/Lipotropics... plus all three of my doctors (EndocrineEndocrine glands Pancreatic islet cell tumor, Cardio, and PrimaryPrimary amyloidosis Primary biliary cirrhosis Primary hyperparathyroidism Primary insomnia Primary lymphoma of the brain Care) gave a thumbs up to my health regimen (and just recently added the Myoden injection to help with the Potassium and SodiumSodium bicarbonate Sodium biphosphate-sodium phosphate Sodium hyaluronate Sodium oxybate Sodium polystyrene sulfonate Sodium sulfacetamide ophthalmic Sodium sulfacetamide-sulfur topical Sodium sulfacetamide-urea topical processing in my body) because there are no adverse side effects. Since I have severe Thyroid antibody problems, I have a lot of adverse reactions to many meds and OTC products... so my choices had to be ones that would react well with my system and were safe. So pretty much, if I can tolerate without problems... it's a keeper! They don't allow links here, so you would just have to google search mydietsolutions, mesoderm or B6/B12/Lipotropics and you should be able to find it.
I initially started the B12/Lipotropics pills on the 21st of September and took them through November 2nd and stopped. In those 6 weeks I went from 189 to 170 (19 pounds lost). I was off of them for 5 weeks and never gained it back. I was going through a lot of xrays, blood tests, and a Thyroid Biopsy so $$$ got a bit tight with co-pays so thought I'd wait a while before re-ordering. On December 1st I started the Injectable form and as of 8 weeks later I'm down a total of 25 pounds... so pretty much I average a pound a week which is a safe, effective weight loss plus I've gone from over 41" waist to right at 34" now. You also have to realize, that I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and so it's very hard for those with the same disease to lose weight at all, but I have.
Just to update you on my progress... the B12 Lipotropics have worked for me... I'm honestly in shock at how well I'm doing!
DOWN another 2.6 POUNDS this week!! Total loss so far with the B6, B12 Lipotropics after being on the shots and/or the LipoBC pills for 16 weeks is now 28.2 POUNDS!! That's an average of almost 2 pounds per week! With a reduced calorie intake of 1200cal, increased water intake and daily exercise of 30 minutes... I am definitely having success that will last, because I've made a healthy lifestyle change!! I'm a Loser... and I am LOVING it!
Hi! I'm in Austin too and looking for a place that gives b12/lipotropic shots. Would you mind telling us where you go? I need to lose about 30 lbs and am having a hard time finding a clinic. thanks!
Great going!!! I agree with you... the B6 B12 Lipotropics get the job done for me and my family appreciates the lack of mood swings LOL! I'm a happy camper... and can't believe that I'll actually be ready for swimsuit season! The thing I'm happiest about is that I've made a lifestyle change along with the shot, so I know I have control over my situation now. The shot in and of itself is worthless without me doing my part... anything is. I have to do my part in all of this... that totally makes more sense than just sitting around waiting for something to work.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT CAN I DO! I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT I EXERCISE 5 TIMES A WEEK DOING 45 MIN. CARDIO, AND 45 MIN. WEIGHT LIFTING. AND I JUST KEEP GAINING WEIGHT. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. I HAVE CUT OUT CARBS, SURGARS, AND ALCOHOL. AND IT'S NOT MUSCLE THAT I'M GAINING CAUSE I HAVE NOT LOST ANY INCHES. I NEED TO LOOSE 35 LBS. BY MAY AND MY TIME IS RUNNING OUT!! PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO PLEASE!
I've tried the B-12 injections along with some form of phentermine. I only saw minimal weightloss and I had serious mood swings. Unfortunately when I would stop completely- I gain almost double of what I lost. I an now trying the B-12/ B-6 injection combo + the mesoderm cream along with a pretty restricted diet. It' sonly been few days and I've seen some lost, but I feel so light headed and out of whack. I'm concerned that is could be interfering with my sugar and potassium levels as well as others things. Anyone familiar with this particular program ?
I'm doing pretty much the same thing (without the phentermine) and I think I'm the poster child for "if any medicine could have a side effect on anyone, then this is her" LOL. But I have not had ONE single problem with the b6 b12 lipotropics. Now before when I did the phentermine, it gave me the same type of mood swings and funky heart beats... I hated the stuff.
Now if your calories are really low, then that may be part of your problem. Mine are usually between 1150 and 1250 so that I'm losing about 1 - 1.5 pounds a week. I would definitely have your regular doctor look at your blood work. It's always a good thing to do. I order my injections online at mydietsolutions.com, but Dr. Gates recommends that you also follow up with your local physician as well... I mean, gosh, that's just a safe thing to do.

I got my first B12 shot today. Along with a prescription of 10ml of B12 for $14.00 The dosage is 1ml shot every other week.
I also was given:
